Gary O'Brien

Professional Experience

• Just prior to re-entering private practice, Gary O’Brien was real estate Counsel to Siemens Corporation, a Fortune Global 100^® company with millions of square feet of real estate in the United States, including office, warehouse, research and development, distribution, manufacturing, and assembly.

• At Siemens, Gary O’Brien was responsible for all types of real estate matters, including leasing, acquisitions, dispositions, mergers-and-acquisitions, land use and development, and environmental.

• Prior to joining Siemens Corporation, Gary O’Brien was classically trained as a lawyer and gained invaluable experience in the real estate departments of two large law firms.

• Prior to law school, Gary O’Brien was a seasoned Manager for Mobil Oil (now ExxonMobil) and Woolworth (now Foot Locker).

Education

• Gary O’Brien graduated cum laude from New York Law School in May 1999.  During the 1997-1998 academic year, Gary O’Brien was Vice President of the Student Bar Association.
